Income members Joe Eichberger, Thomas Sarikas and of counsel Werner Sabo will present “The New 2020 ALA Short Form Contracts” on September 9. The Association of Licensed Architects (ALA) recently released their updated standard contact forms in partnership with Downey & Lenkov. The new forms include owner-architect forms, owner-contractor forms and architect-consultant agreements, as well as related documents.

The webinar will provide an overview on how to best use the forms and their legal implications.
