Of counsel Samuel Levine will present at the Illinois State Bar Association’s Real Estate Law Update – Part 2 webinar on November 18. Samuel’s presentation, “Construction Law and Mechanic’s Liens,” will cover the ins and outs of the Illinois Mechanics Lien Act. He will review how to identify lienable work and services, analyze the various remedies available, run through crucial deadlines and more.

The full-day online seminar will examine a wide range of real estate law issues, including dos and don’ts of commercial real estate, how to tackle transaction challenges presented by unexpected parties, properly facilitating zoning change petitions, special use ordinances and more.
