Samuel Levine and Howard Turner to Present at Illinois State Bar Association’s Construction Law Webinar

Chicago of counsel Samuel Levine and Howard Turner will present at Illinois State Bar Association’s Construction Law Primer for Young Attorneys and General Practitioners live webinar on March 13.

The full-day program offers an in-depth overview on various issues that can arise in construction law cases and provides guidance on how to navigate these issues.

Sam will present “Understanding Construction Claims and Construction Claims Processes,” covering construction statutes of limitations and repose, categories of damages and common issues that present themselves in construction claims. Howard will present “Understanding Labor Law and Prevailing Wage Issues Bearing on Construction Projects” and discuss many labor law issues in construction projects, including collective bargaining agreements, hiring halls, picketing and jurisdictional disputes.
