Margery Newman to Present at ASA Virtual Lunch & Learn Series

Chicago income member Margery Newman will present at Association of Subcontractors and Affiliates (ASA) Chicago’s virtual lunch and learn series on September 15.

Margery will present “How to Modify Killer Contract Clauses.” Margery’s presentation will cover contract scope provisions and exclusions, project scope changes and schedules, delays and design disclaimers, mutual obligations, arbitration and site logistics. The four session seminar is sponsored by ASA’s Government Relations Committee and will also discuss experience mods, how to maximize your mechanics liens and state, county and city legislative updates.
