Tim implements a thorough yet aggressive approach when representing employers in their workers’ compensation claims. He graduated with honors and earned his Juris Doctor degree from John Marshall Law School. Prior to joining Bryce Downey & Lenkov, Tim gained significant experience in workers’ compensation defense with another respected Chicago firm, where he handled cases at all stages of litigation. In his free time, Tim enjoys cheering on his beloved Chicago sports teams as well as spending time with friends and family.
