Kristin concentrates her practice in workers’ compensation defense. She vigorously represents employers and insurance carriers throughout all stages of litigated matters. Her knowledge in handling cases on behalf of both petitioners and respondents gives her a unique advantage when it comes to counseling, evaluating, and developing practical and effective defense strategies. Additionally, Kristin also has vast experience handling premises liability cases.

Kristin has been named an Illinois Super Lawyers Rising Star 6 years in a row, which only recognizes the top 2.5% of Illinois lawyers. She completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Communication at Baylor University, where she was awarded the Baylor Provost’s Scholarship and was on the Dean’s List. Kristin earned her Juris Doctor from Baylor Law School, where she attended the Baylor Academy of the Advocate in St. Andrews, Scotland, and participated in numerous trial advocacy courses.

Outside of work, Kristin enjoys reading, trying new restaurants, attending Cubs games, and spending time with her family.
